5. Project outline

IBS considers the support provided to our graduating students in their job search equally important to a modern educational system. In order to expand our existing career consulting services (career plan, job search, CV writing) we have established a new Career Office, after professional conciliation and preparatory work, with EU financial support.

The main function of this Career Office is to provide efficient support for our fresh graduates to facilitate their job search. With the introduction of new services, the job search process of our Students can become more effective, direct and cost-efficient, while we equip our Students with the necessary skills and capacities. We are convinced that we provide value-added service to both the employers and the employees in their search and recruitment process.

1.We have designed interactive websites for the Career Office and the Alumni Services. On these websites companies can advertise their recruitment needs or provide general information about their operation for the potential employees. With this support our students will be able to prepare for the job interviews.

2. Big Day-IBS Job Fair , an event for IBS present and former students.

Companies can hold presentations, meet with interested students, run first round interviews, and alleviate the process of selection.

3. With an international test that measures the skills and competencies of the students, we set up personal competency profiles. This test analizes the personality, the employment and social skills of the person, his/her interests and attitudes. During a one-on-one feedback session each student will receive recommendation for taking skills development courses organized by the Career Office. These courses develop those skills and capacities that are considered significant during employment for fresh graduates.
