The reasons for this are manifold: IBS is the only institution in higher education which requires a trainee period of 11 to 12 months. This framework is very advantageous for us because after proper training the different departments can entrust actual professional tasks to the students and involve them in work processes, which the students could otherwise perform only after graduation. Most IBS students are open and proactive who aim at acquiring practical knowledge.
