Enrolment for the IELP, BA and MSc Programmes

Enrolment for the Intensive English Language Programme and the Bachelor Programmes is at the Student Centre (room 203, floor 2.). Please bring the following documents:

Residence permit must be collected from the Office of Immigration and Nationality in Budapest. If you are a non-EU citizen and you have a visa (type D, valid for 30 days and for one entry to the territory of Hungary), you must go to the Office of Immigration and Nationality (Bevándorlási és Állampolgársági Hivatal) in Budapest within 30 days of your arrival to receive your residence permit.

IBS makes it possible for all students with non-European citizenship to buy their health insurance upon arrival. The health insurance is accepted by the Immigration Office, the fee for 12 months is 70,000 HUF.
