ECBE
ECBE, the European Council for Business Education, was formally founded at a conference held in Paris in July of 1995 (ECBE). Its mission is to promote and support quality business education internationally, mainly by establishing accreditation standards for academic achievement in business education.
ECBE’s accreditation is an independent, voluntary self-regulatory system for business programmes. Through the process of accreditation, institutions and training organisations have their programmes evaluated. IBS has recently joined ECBE and has now received the accreditation for one of its main programmes, the BA in Business Studies programme.
