5. Project outline

In accordance with Russian governmental requirements, RSUTS staff will develop their BA in Management programme with the help of EU partners in order to meet expectations laid down in the Bologna Accord: the programme will be very practice oriented by incorporating skills education relevant for the Russian labour market, and will harmonise with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

The teaching staff of RSUTS will have trainings in curriculum development and teaching methodology to be able to develop later any of their programmes according to the Bologna Accord.

Furthermore, 10 RSUTS students will spend a semester at IBS-B to experience “Bologna-conform” management education, and the Russian partner will be able to purchase and install new IT equipment relevant for its BA in Management programme.

6. Role of IBS

As grant holder and consortium leader IBS coordinates all activities during the project: contributes to curriculum development by organizing and hosting trainings and meetings, deals with project administration and management, and contacts the EU.
